A: Yes, our sample hanger and yardage sample within 2yds can be free of charge
and send by freight collect,will charge if more that 2yds.
Q: Dose your LD can be free of charge?
A: For solid colors, our LD can be free of charge.
Q: Dose your S/O for print can be free of charge?
A: If wee have base fabric,1yds S/O sample and A4 sample can be free of charge
or we have to charge USD15.00/YD if do not have base fabric on hand.
Q: What is your standard quantity tolerance for my order?
A: Our standard tolerance rate is 5% of total order quantity,
please do let me know if you have different tolerance request.
Q: What should I provide if I need make printed sample?
A: Please send us high resolution AI file or PSD file of your design.
Q: What if I need do some function on my fabric?
A: Normally we can do function like: wicking, antistatic, anti-pilling,
antibiosis, UV proof, DWR, water-dirty-oil proof etc.
Q: What test standard method you can reach?
A: Mostly we can do AATCC,ISO,ASTM method, detail have to be based on your request.
