Q: Dose your S/O for printing can be free of charge?
A: S/O in A4 Size, and we have base fabric in stock,FOR FREE;
More than one yard, or we do not have base fabrics, USD 15/Yard.
Q: Dose your fabric sample free of charge?
A: Yes, our sample hanger and yardage sample within 2yds can be free of charge
and send by freight collect,will charge if more that 2yds.
Q: What is your standard quantity tolerance for my order?
A: Our standard tolerance rate is 5% of total order quantity,
please do let me know if you have different tolerance request.
Q: What artwork should I provide printing?
A: Please provide us with AI or PSD Format of artwork with high resolution,
if choose our designs, there is also no surcharge for printing.
Q: What is the payment terms to work with you?
A: For samples and S/O, paypal and T/T; For bulk order, T/T and L/C.
Q: Can you provide with other kinds of printing?
A: Yes,we can also do screen printing, paper printing, foil printing.
